The present document is the Privacy Notice of Tenet Consultores, S.C. (TENET), issued under the Mexican Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de Particulares (LFPDPPP) and its Regulation, as well as other applicable rules regarding the protection of personal data in Mexico, in order to inform you how we use and protect the personal data to which we may have access and be in our possession. Thus, we provide you a legitimate, controlled and informed personal data treatment, aiming to ensure privacy and the right to self-determination, in compliance with the aforementioned legal provisions on the protection of personal data.
This Privacy Notice governs the website https://tenet.com.mx/ and the services provided by TENET to its Clients. Therefore, the personal data that we obtain by providing the services you request or obtain from us will be treated confidentially and under the security measures provided for such purposes.
TENET always works under the observance of law in favor of its Clients, who are our main asset and, therefore, our main concern. As a prospective or actual customer of TENET, you will have the opportunity to choose among the different services we offer, guaranteeing that your personal data will be protected.

The personal data usually collected from prospective clients include name, telephone number, and e-mail address. Likewise, for the formalization and execution of the services provided by TENET, it is likely that we require accessing and safeguarding of personal data of the Client or other third parties such as shareholders/partners, administrators, managers, employees, or proxies of our Clients, in order to formalize the legal relationship with us, as well as to review and compile the documentation and information related to such personal data that our Clients are required to submit to the competent authorities in the procedures and processes in which TENET advises and support them.
When Clients provide us the personal data of their shareholders/partners, administrators, directors, managers, employees or proxies, or any other third party, it presupposes that the Client has sufficient legal representations or authorizations to provide it, as well as to accept the terms and conditions of this Privacy Notice on behalf of them; therefore, TENET shall not have any liability before them if the Client has provided the personal data of those mentioned above without their consent. However, TENET will treat such personal data in terms of this Privacy Notice and, where appropriate, will inform the Data Subjects at the first contact TENET has with them, and they will be at all times protected by the rights mentioned in this Privacy Notice.
Regarding the services provided to Clients, TENET will never collect or use Sensitive Data of the Data Subjects, understanding these as data on racial or ethnic origin, present and future health status, genetic information, religious, philosophical and moral beliefs, union membership, political opinions, or sexual preference of the individuals.

In the event that the Data Subjects do not wish their personal data to be processed for these purposes, TENET will not be able to provide its services to the Client.
Additional purposes:
In addition, TENET will use the Client’s personal information (and not from other Data Subjects) to provide information about our services, news, events, and information that may be of interest to the Client or for sending gifts or other promotional material. These purposes are not necessary for TENET’s services, but they allow us to provide the attention that our Clients deserve.
In the event that the Clients do not wish their personal data to be processed for these secondary purposes, they can express this and oppose or revoke their consent; these actions will not be grounds for the denial of services.
Personal data transfer:
TENET will not transfer your personal data to third parties, except in the following possible scenarios:
The period in which TENET will keep the personal data obtained from the Client will start when personal data it is provided by you until TENET’s services are concluded. In the case of people who have requested information about our services, their personal data will be kept for up to three months after they contact us.
When the personal data are no longer necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice, they will be canceled by TENET, after blocking them, for a subsequent deletion.
TENET, its partners, directors, managers, employees or proxies involved in any phase of personal data processing will maintain the strictest confidentiality. They will refrain from giving any information and documentation to persons who are not authorized to request, receive or keep such documentation and information. The obligation shall remain even after their relationship with the Client ends.
Likewise, TENET has established and maintains administrative, technical, and physical security measures in accordance with the Regulation of LFPDPPP, which allow protection of the personal data of the Data Subjects against damage, loss, alteration, destruction, or unauthorized use, access or treatment. However, if security breaches occur at any stage of the processing that significantly affects the rights of the Data Subjects, the Client will be informed immediately so that the latter can act in defense of their rights and those of the other Data Subjects.
The Data Subjects may revoke, at any time and free of charge, their consent or limit the use of their personal data. Likewise, the Data Subjects have the right to (i) be aware of the personal data that TENET stores about them, know the purpose and conditions of their use (Access); (ii) request the correction of their personal information in case it is outdated, inaccurate or incomplete (Rectification); (iii) request deletion from TENET’s records or databases when they consider that personal data are not being used in accordance with the principles, duties and obligations under the regulations applicable to the personal data processing (Cancellation), and (iv) oppose the use of their personal data for specific purposes (Opposition). These rights are known as ARCO rights. The exercise of any of them will be free of charge and does not exclude the possibility of exercising any of the others, nor may it constitute a prerequisite for exercising any of these rights.
However, if the Data Subjects wish to revoke their consent, limit the use of their personal data or exercise their Opposition right to processing them, or exercise their Cancellation right, regarding to the essential purposes for the provision of our services, it will imply that TENET cannot continue to provide its services to the Client.
Request Submission:
In order to revoke the consent or limit the personal data use, or exercise any of the ARCO rights, the Data Subject, by themself or through their representative, must submit the respective request to the e-mail contacto@tenet.com.mx; such request must contain the following requirements:
In the case of a personal data rectification request, the Data Subject must indicate, in addition to the aforementioned, the modifications to be made and provide the documentation supporting the request.
The Data Subject is obliged to provide the aforementioned requirements in order to exercise their rights. TENET will consider the request as not submitted in the case of requests for Access if no e-mail address to communicate the response is indicated; or if the information provided in the request is insufficient or erroneous to meet the request; or if they are not accompanied by the documents which prove the identity or Data Subjects’ legal proxies, if applicable, or which support the modifications to be made. On a one-time basis and within five days of receiving the request, TENET may require the Data Subject to provide elements or documents that are necessary to process the request. The Data Subject shall have ten days to respond to the request, which is counted from the day they receive it. If no response is provided within such term, the corresponding request shall be deemed not submitted.
Request resolution and implementation
TENET will communicate to the Data Subjects or, if applicable, to their legal proxies, via the e-mail address indicated for this purpose, the request resolution within a maximum period of twenty days from the date on which the request was received or the day after the Data Subject has responded to the aforementioned TENET’s request for information. The acknowledgment of receipt delivered by TENET shall state the reception date of the Data Subject’s request. If the request is accepted, it will become effective within fifteen days after the response is communicated.
The aforementioned periods may be extended only once for an equal period, when this is justified according to the circumstances of the case. TENET will notify the Data Subjects about the reasons that justified the extension within the term of twenty days or fifteen days, as referred to in the previous paragraph.
TENET may deny Access to personal data, carry out the Rectification or Cancellation, or grant Opposition to the processing thereof in the following cases:
Rectification, Cancellation, or Opposition, and
Likewise, the refusal may be partial, in which case TENET will carry out the Access, Rectification, Cancellation, or Opposition required by the Data Subject. In all the above instances, TENET will inform the reason for its decision, accompanied by the relevant evidence.
Regarding requests for Access, TENET will proceed to the delivery of personal data prior to accreditation of the Data Subject or Proxy identity, as appropriate. The delivery will be free of charge and through the e-mail address provided for such purposes; or, in other formats, when so is requested by the Data Subject, who must cover the justified shipping costs, the cost of reproduction in copies or other formats that may be requested and, if applicable, the documents’ certification. If the same person repeats same request in a period of less than twelve months and there are no substantial modifications to this Privacy Notice that motivate the new consultation, the Data Subject shall cover the amount equivalent in national currency to three Unidades de Medida y Actualización (UMA) plus shipping costs, reproduction costs of the information and, if applicable, documents’ certification. The costs to be covered in accordance with the above and the forms of payment will be notified to the Data Subject in the response to the Access request issued by TENET.
Confirmation and other means of defense:
When the Data Subject requests confirmation of processing cessation of their personal data due to revocation of consent, TENET will expressly respond to such a request.
At any time, the Data Subject may file a data protection request before the Instituto Nacional de Transparencia, Acceso a la Información y Protección de Datos Personales (INAI), for the response received or lack of response from TENET to the requests indicated in this Section, in accordance with the LFDPPP.
This Privacy Notice may undergo modifications, changes, or updates due to the services that TENET offers or may offer or for other reasons. TENET will inform the Data Subjets of the changes this Privacy Notice may undergo through its website, https://tenet.com.mx/ and/or by whatever means Tenet deems most effective. Therefore, the Data Subjects have the obligation to review it frequently to learn about the modifications to the Privacy Notice.
This Privacy Notice will always be available for consultation on the website https://tenet.com.mx/. It constitutes a legal agreement with the Data Subjects regarding the personal data processing referred to in this Privacy Notice and in accordance with the purposes expressed therein.
It will be understood that you tacitly accept each and every one of the stipulations contained in this Privacy Notice when you send a message to TENET through the web page https://tenet.com.mx/, or when you request information about TENET’s services, without having expressed your opposition. The foregoing, regardless of the fact that when you become our Client, you give your consent by any other means.
The personal data provided by our Clients with respect to third parties, such as their shareholders/partners, directors, managers, employees, or proxies, when contracting and being a beneficiary of TENET’s services presupposes that the Client has sufficient powers and/or authorizations to grant consent on behalf of them for using and processing of their personal data in accordance with this Privacy Notice. However, TENET will make this Privacy Notice known to such third parties at the first contact it has with them.

This Privacy Notice is governed by the current and applicable legislation in the Estados Unidos Mexicanos, so any dispute arising from its application must be ventilated before the Instituto Nacional de Transparencia, Acceso a la Información y Protección de Datos Personales (INAI) or before the competent jurisdictional bodies in Mexico City.
